Yesterday, we took part in a special “Book Nic”, where the children had the opportunity to bring in a favourite book from home and share it with other children across KS1.

It was so lovely to see the wide variety of books the children brought in and to hear them chatting about their favourites. We then enjoyed some time reading together back in class, sharing stories and enjoying the illustrations. One particular book about a unicorn gave us lots of laughs!

It was a lovely way to celebrate our love of reading and enjoy some special story time together.
