It’s been a busy first week back but we have had lots of fun! On Monday, the children went on a winter walk with Mrs Whitaker as part of their Science lesson. They looked at what on the school grounds told them it was winter, for example, empty trees and icy water.

In Maths, we started our topic on place value and were working on understanding numbers to 20. The children have worked so hard on this this week and have enjoyed exploring the different ways we can make these numbers with the resources we have in class.

In R.E the children acted different parables through helicopter stories. One of the parables was Noah’s Ark.
